Note

Notes: Bernegau was K&E president 1942-1946. The elaborately designed printed piece (in black, brown and orange inks) has a repeated border frame on all pages except pages [3] and [12]. It has the K&E grfffin trademark at the top along with a K&E shield monogram at the bottom corners. A 'CMB' monogram medallion is found in the bottom scrollwork where the design was signed 'O B' - an as yet unidentified typographer / graphic designer. The paper stock is a dark tan laid paper with an 'Enfield S. Co. 1887' watermark and has been characterized as 'lightly calendared.' Status: OK Status By: dw Status Date: 2010-10-28
