Book, fifty-eight unpaginated 8-1/2" x 11" leaves, printed both sides plus covers in white plastic comb binding.
This ball was the third annual one for 16 debutantes who each have a full-page portrait. There are also group portraits of the 1958 and 1959 debutantes. Several pages are devoted to the hospital, staff and activities including several photos. The rest is the usual sponsors' advertisements.
