The promotion of plan to transfer money (minumum $25) from checking to savings account. One portion was to be completed by the customer with instructions to "detach and mail" (stamp required; no business reply postage.) Notably the person was to put both account numbers on a postcard which made it liable to theft if misdirected. Curiously the form also stated "Please forward an authorization form for my signature."
