Lecture delivered before the Graduate Students in Highway Engineering at Columbia University on February 12, 1915. Booklet, 6" x 9" high, 24 pp plus covers. City of Hoboken document with City Clerk file notations. The publication was sent to the Hoboken City Council members for consideration of the road paving materials and procedures described therein including great detail for contract specifications. The specifications presumably related to a service of the author's company.
