Laid in: 3" x 4" slip of lined paper with later holographic ballpoint ink note by Fromholtz: This book was given to Henrietta Fromholtz by class room teacher Helen Wilson at completion of the 5th [fifth] grade in School No. 6 [now Wallace School] - Eleventh Street and Willow Ave. [Hoboken] Inscription inside front cover - 1935.
