Rules sign from Hudson County Homing Pigeon Club, 358 Newark St., Hoboken, no date, circa 1980s-1990s. Stenciled lettering with color markers on white wrapping paper; framed in 20" x 30" wide, standard poster frame with plastic channel edge clips. Clear acylic sheet; masonite back board.
