Description
School uniform jacket from Academy of the Sacred Heart, 713 Washington St., Hoboken. No date, estimated from 1960 to 2006 (school ceased operations.) Maroon (or dark burgundy) wool coat with two-button front; right breast pocket with 3-5/8" diameter embroidered school patch; two patch pockets. Made by Artistic Blazer (label) plus embroidered hanging loop, "Made by U.S. Craftsmen. Dry Clean Only." Maroon satin lining; no inside pockets.
Previous owner of this traditionally styled coat (blazer) is unknown. Size is not stated, but overall height is 31" and sleeve length, 21".
