Sepia-tone group photograph of eighth grade graduating class of School No. 8; Rose Beck seated at far right, Hoboken, no date, circa 1910.
Beck lived at 600 Monroe St. Other people identified by donor Edward Jaxel (grandson of Rose): Teacher - Miss McHale ( the older woman standing at the center); Principal - Mr. Talbot (standing at the left).
Rose and some other girls hold bouquets or small sprays of flowers. All students hold their rolled diplomas. Two boys seated on the floor in the front support a "No.8" school pennant.
