A German birth certificate, white on black paper, for Eva Ruth Ballin born January 17, 1929; issued 11 April 1933. It was then certified/embossed by a Minnesota notary in 1951. The notary has stapled his notary form to the certificate and the stamp he used to emboss his form has simultaneously embossed the birth certificate. Two stray pencil marks are seen on the back of the certificate along the upper border.
