Another document listing Ludwig Ballin's military service between 12 Aug 1918 and 3 Feb 1919. This is a small piece of paper folded vertically. On the cover is written "Fehlblatt" (Missing leaf). Below that is Ludwig's name, date and location of birth, and the words "Unt-Offizver" (Sub-Officer)? There are pencil notations in the upper right corner that match ink notations in the lower right corner. Inside are "Additions to the Personal Notes". There is an oval purple stamp in the lower middle of the page and purple text stamps on the left and right sides of the paper.
