Envelope with glassine window from the U.S. Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, Social Security Administration, Seattle, WA. There is no postmark. Envelope has been stamped at an angle to the right of the glassine window in all capital letters, "CAUTION VALUABLE DOCUMENTS". Two annotations handwritten in black magic marker say, "birth day certificate" and "ANNEMIES". Two additional annotations handwritten in blue in say, "3/15/71" and "came back from this department grossly damaged".
