Document certifying that Erwin Fuchs joined the French Foreign Legion under his real name. The certificate is signed by two friends who knew him before he joined the Foreign Legion. It is notarized by the police in Sopron. Half of the blanks on the form are filled in with green ink, the other half with black ink. There is a circular purple stamp along the upper edge just right of center, partially covering Fuchs' passport-sized photo which is centered at the top of the form.
