A handwritten letter on onionskin from Barry Richards in Cambridge, England to Eva Ballin Ansell in Seattle, dated 2 (?) Nov 2001. Barry was the son of the couple who accepted Eva as a kindertransport child during the war. After his mother's death, Barry found a trove of letters Eva had written to the Richards after emigrating to the U.S., which he then sent her. This letter references a reunion that Barry recently attended of Jews and non-Jews who participated in the kindertransport program during the war (see ObjectID 538.259.2023).
