Typed letter to Erwin Fuchs from a friend in the Dept. of the Navy (name illegible) on Dept. of the Navy letterhead. The friend has reviewed the chapter of Erwin's autobiographical manuscript on his time in Israel and found it unworthy of publication. Several lines/comments made by the reviewer have been highlighted in hot pink, presumably by Fuchs. On the back of the letter is written in red marker, "Well! Here goes my Pulitzer!", also presumably written by Fuchs. Both the left and right margins of the letter have been punched with a three-hole punch but at difference separations.
