B&W photo of Aunt Lotte and her dogs seated on stone/concrete stairs going into a building. 1937, location unknown. Lotte is wearing a patterned summer dress with puff sleeves, a round neck, and buttons down the front. She has a white apron tied at her waist and a kerchief over her hair. She holds one dog in each arm. The stair and porch railing are carved wood and look Bavarian.
