A sepia photo of Irving Cox's banquet dinner at the Continental Hotel on May 26, 1923. Twenty-nine men are seated around a long rectangular table set with a white table cloth set with china and silver and multiple floral arrangements running down the center. The banquet hall is carpeted and two floor-to-ceiling arched windows along the far wall are fitted with heavy draperies pulled aside. Similar windows run along the wall to the right. The men are dressed formally in dark suits, white shirts, and black ties. The picture is taken from above and has been glued to a large brown cardboard with details of the occasion printed beneath the photo. The photo is likely a souvenir of the occasion given to each guest. On the reverse, is a smaller image of the photo on which each guest is assigned a number and beneath the photo is a key that provides their names.
