B&W photo of Mrs. Richards sitting outside in her yard at a collapsible desk on a folding chair writing. She is wearing a winter coat with a broad fur-trimmed collar and a head scarf. Her purse is sitting on top of a writing box. A small black and white dog lays on the ground by her chair. She is looking intently at what she is writing and not at the camera.
