"#148, View in West Lake Park, Los Angeles, Cal.," C. B. Waite, ca. 1890s. The image is taken from near a rustic bridge, on which a woman stands looking over the lake, with some watercraft on it. Some of the paths, landscaping and, on the opposite side of body of water, cliffs and a few houses on large open land. The park is now known as MacArthur Park.

On the reverse of the above photo, the view is of the front elevation of a two-story Queen Anne-style house with a large trailng rose bush in full bloom covering much of the closer side of the first floor and part of the balcony over the entrance on the second.
In both cases, there is some light soiling and minimal edge rubbing and the condition is good.
