"166. Greetings from Camp Baldy—The Stream," Alexander's Studio, Camp Baldy, California, ca. 1920. The view by Daniel P. Alexander is of the watercourse which was lined by and moves amid rocks and bounders while thick stands of trees are in the background. The postally used card was purchased by artist Albert Clinton Conner, who stayed in the camp in late August 1920, is addressed on the 20th to his wife in Manhattan Beach and sends his love. With slight warping, a few light stains and light soiling, the condition is good.
