"#285 West Lake Park," ca. 1888. The cabinet card photo's view is taken from a walkway circling the lake and shows palm trees, other trees and landscape, a portion of the lake and some of the opposite shore and its dense landscaping. On trhe reverse is a pencil inscription reading "West Lake Park / ca. 1885-1890." The park is now MacArthur Park. With much soiling, some stains, a crease at the lower right corner, and edge rubbing to the mount, while the photo is largely clean, the condition is overall good.
