"29197 California, Los Angeles. Municipal Building," Rau Studios, Inc., ca. 1905. The image shows the final stages of construction of the Beaux Arts eleven-story structure which was next to the county courthouse, part of which is at the right. A streetcar, horse-drawn vehicle and some pedestrians are also in view. The overall condition is good.
