P. Hepburn (San Francisco: Bancroft-Whitney Co.,) 1886. A reprint of the original report by Hepburn, the court reporter, the work has a leather cover with the spine missing. After a list of the judges in the Court, as well as the state Attorney General, there is an alphabetical index of cases, which is followed by the reports and an index. With severe cover damage of many kinds, as well as acid burns, brittleness, discoloration, flaking, stains, and tears to pages, the condition is poor.
