"3074 Junction of Spring an Main Sts., Los Ang." Unattributed, possibly Payne, Stanton and Company [who had views with a 3000 number series] and likely reprinted in the 1880s from an 1870s photograph. The view is taken from Bunker Hill just south of Temple Street above New Hight. In view is St. Athanasius Church in the lower left foreground and other notable structures are the Downey Block, the Lanfranco Building, and a portion of the Temple Block at right. In the distance are areas of town leading to the Los Angeles River. With some small stains, soiling, mount edge rubbing, and some pest damage, the condition is fair.
