"33. A Garden on Moline Avenue" by Elias Atkinson Bonine, ca. 1890. The view shows mainly the landscaping around a two-story wood frame home, part of which is at the upper right. the verdant yard features dirt paths, palm trees, roses, some grass, a rubber tree and other plantings. "Moline" is probably "El Molino" as far as the address is concerned, a street a few blocks west from Bonine's longtime address on North Lake Avenue. Identification for Bonine's Lamanda Park [Pasadena] location are at the bottom and reverse. With mount curvature, edge rubbing and light soiling, the condition is good.
