"Criminal Cases of California," John J. Hill (Los Angeles: Los Angeles College of Law,) 1929. The work is a reference of precedent in law for the various provisions of the penal code with the table of contents listing these provisions, such as general; bribery; perjury; conspiracy; homicide; robbery; assaults; adultery; abortion; bigamy; riot; forgery; extortion; and many others. There is a short foreword by the author before the text begins. There is also an index. With much staining and soiling, edge rubbing and other wear to the boards, some loosening of the binding, but tight, clean pages, the condition is fair.
