Description
STEREOSCOPIC PHOTOGRAPHS, "4785. WHERE THE LUSCIOUS ORANGES GROW, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA," from the Series of 1902 by George W. Griffith, Philadelphia. The view shows a man holding a bunch of fruit and standing at one side of a space in between a row of orange trees in an orchard. In the background is a building, perhaps a house. The photographer's name and sales company name are on the margins, while the caption is at the lower right. There are stains on the right image and on the mount, soiling, dented corners, loss to the mount paper and wear, so the item is in fair condition.
