Description
"5517 President McKinley in Flower Embroidered Carriage, Los Angeles Fiesta," Carlton H. Graves, published by The Universal Photo Art Company, 1901. The view is taken from the side of a major thoroughfare in downtown Los Angeles and shows a horse-drawn float in which was the President. There are persons walking and on horseback around the conveyance. Throngs of spectators line the streets and stand atop a building across the steeet. With some wear to the matte, but the image generally clean, the overall condition is good.
