2007.187.1.2Description
"66. East Side Park, L.A.," by George Clark, Los Angeles, ca. 1890s. The image shows a pond or lake in the foreground beneath a concrete catch dam-like structure. At the center is a woman in white standing on a low curved bridge. In the distance is another bridge, while many shrubs, bushes, and trees are in view. It is assumed this is Lincoln Park, given the description and the hills in the far distance. With soiling, edge wear, and stains and losses on the mount, and some soiling and stains on the image, the overall condition is poor.Lexicon
