A billhead from Wheeler & Co., San Francisco, to F.P.F. Temple, 29 December 1873. The item was issued for a subscription to the publishing firm's weekly stock report for the ensuing year. On the reverse in Temple's hand is an inscription from April 1874. With folds, a trio of small punched holes, creases, a small stain and soiling, the condition is fair.
