Description
A billhead from Workman and Brother, Los Angeles, 31 July 1874. The document lists items purchased from the saddlery and harness business by William S. Chapman between 8 March 1873 and 28 May 1874 and indicated payment was made. There are pencil inscriptions on the reverse, including figures and "Receipts of 1871." With folds, creases, minor browning, a few small stains, and light soiling, it is in good overall condition.
