Description

A black and white, oval cut, studio portrait of Nellie Didier, ca. 1920s. It is possible the studio photograph of a young woman is Nellie. She wears her hair bobbed, or cut short and has it styled to frame the side of her face with her bangs sweeped to the side. She has on lipstick, possibly red in color and wears a diamond necklace. Her dress has a scooped neckline and appears to be made of silk. She looks intently at the camera with her body tilted slightly toward the right. There is an inscription written on the reverse but due to heavy abrasion loss, the only discernible writting is Puente and "Sei/LA." Cursive writting can be seen at the top. It is in good conditon overall.
