Description
A black and white unmounted cabinet card photograph, "235 P.S. Baker Grounds Pasadena Hedge of La France Roses" ca. 1880s. The view, taken at an angle shows a neatly lined row of trees, perhaps the edge of an orchard, a dirt path and a long row of rose bushes. In the middle of the image, there is a wider dirt path and hedges with a plethora of shrubbery and trees. At the background is a a two-story, Craftsman home. With minor warping, creasing along the edges, faded inscription written in ink on the reverse, it is in good condition overall.
