Description

A black and white photograph of a concrete driveway and the side of a home, possibly belonging to the Temple family, Alhambra, ca. 1917-1923. The view is looking slightly upward toward the concrete driveway and in the middle view is a palm tree with other trees and shrubbery around it. At the top left, near the palm tree, is a red brick pillar visible, similar to the ones noted in other images of the family's home. Toward the right is a concrete curb winding around a bed of flowering plants and trees, further up is a hexongal shaped portion of the home made of wooden side boards and a small window. There is photographer's stamp on the reverse, "The Photo Shop/108 W. Main St./Alhambra, Cal." and number "36" with a pencil writing of the lower case letter "g" in cursive. With minor warping, it is in good condition.
