A black and white photograph of Edward Bancroft and Walter P. Temple Sr., possibly at the Bancroft residence, Wellesley, Massachusetts, ca. 1926. The photo may have been taken when the Temple family took a trip to Massachusetts during the summer. The Bancroft were cousins of Walter Sr. Edward Bancroft is on the left. He has his hands on his hips as he looks to the camera and smiles. Bancroft appears to be in his fifties. He wears a rolled up shirt, tie, belt, golfer's pants, knee high socks. Walter is seen on the right and smile at the camera. Walter wears a collared shirt, tie, jacket and pants. He holds a hat on his left hand. With moderate fading, minor warping, a stamp on the reverse of "VELOX" and "975" though it's crossed out in pencil and the number "975" is written on top of it, it is in good condition.
