Description
A black and white photograph of Emilienne and Yvette standing in floral bushes, ca. 1900s. The photographer is a few feet away from both girls as Emilienne can be seen from her head to torso as she stands while Yvette's face is barely visible as the floral bush is taller than her. They are both smiling. The foreground shows two trees, the girls are seen in the middle and dirt path is in view. There is a roof of a structure in the background and other trees. An inscription written on the reverse states that both girls were picking flowers for church. Emilienne appears to be between eight to ten years old while Yvette may be around five years of age. With moderate warping, small tear, soiling, writing in ink and pencil, it is in fair condition.
