Description
A black and white photograph of Emilienne standing in a yard, ca. 1920s. Emilienne is standing in a yard wearing a matching gingham, long sleeved, collared blouse that has toggle buttons and a skirt that reaches above her ankles and shoes. She may be in her twenties or younger. Behind her is a tree, pile of dirt, wired fence a wooden structure toward the left and right, perhaps they are barns, and other shrubbery. Emilienne holds something in her hands but it is not visible. On the reverse written in ink identifies her and states the year as"1918" but with the Velox stamp and Anderson Photo Services in El Monte stamp, and her dress type it was most likely taken and developed during the 1920s. With minor warping fading mostly toward the middle possibly due to the photo processing, a minor stain on the front, it is in good condition.
