Description
A black and white photograph of Los Angeles City Hall at night, 20 January 1929. The image is taken from a nearby building and shows the 28-story structure lit with spotlights and internal lighting. Bunting is also placed along the eaves of the lower part of the complex. On the reverse is a pencil inscripton reading "Los Angeles / 1/20/29 / Roto," this last standing for rotogravure. With some soiling and minor edge abrasions, the condition is good.
