A black and white photograph of Nellie Didier Temple and family, ca. 1920s. The photograph shows Nellie standing with a group, possibly with some of her family members in front of a wooden structure. Nellie appears to be in her early teen years. She stands with her hands positoned behind her back and smiling, looking directly at the camera. Nellie wears a light colored, collared dress reaching below her knees, a long ribbon in front of her chest, and black shoes. The woman on the left wears a hat, dark colored overcoat, and holds a purse in front of her. The other woman standing to the right of Nellie wears a lighter colored dress and cardigan sweater. The two men wear suits. The white haired, mustachioed man to the far right may be Casimir or Louis Didier, uncle of Nellie. Behind the group are tall trees and a wooden structure, possibly a pergola. With minor warping, a minor crease, and a pencil marking on the reverse, it is in good condition overall.Lexicon
