Description
A black and white photograph of the Tepee, La Casas Nueva, ca. 1920s. In view is the front of the Tepee. At the top are sticks coming from the roof. There is a thatch cover over the porch, supported by poles appearing to have decorative indentations. There are concrete planters at the foreground and surrounding the porch. Hanging from the thatch covering is a clay jug, perhaps decorative. On top of the cement surround are potted plants and what appears to be a metate or grounding stone. In the background is a tall palm tree and at the foreground is lush grass. With minor warping, it is in good condition.
