Description
A black and white photograph of Thomas Temple standing at an undisclosed home and garden, ca. 1920s. Thomas stands in a garden area with his left arm elevated toward his chest, holding a cigar. He wears a three-piece suit consists of a light colored coat, trousers, and darker colored vest, white shirt and tie. Thomas looks in the direction of the photographer, though his eyes were closed when the image was taken. Behind him is a porch column with an overgrown bush and a fan-shaped trellis. In the far background are wooden posts bordering a dirt path, tall trees and shrubbery surrounding the path on the left. On the reverse is a photographer's stamps "ANDERSON/Photo Service/EL MONTE" and "4." With minor silvering at the top right edge, it is in good condition.
