Description
A black and white photograph of Thomas W. Temple II with an unidentified woman, on the West Lawn of La Casa Nueva, ca. 1920s. Thomas is standing at right, possing with his arm around the woman's waist as she has her right arm, presumably on Thomas' back. He wears a light colored vest, collared shirt, tie, pants and Oxford shoes. The young woman wears her hair in waves and ringlets. She wears a sleeveless, light colored dress with a small belt, fringed hem, stockings and heels. Behind the two is a manicured lawn with flowers, shrubbery, possibly a portion of the Mission Walkway. With minor warping, pencil markings, photographer's stamp of "VELOX" and "70" it is in good condition overall.
