Description
A black and white press photograph of Theresa Mors, Los Angeles, 19 August 1924. Mors appeared to be in her forties. She wears a lace sheath gown with embrodiered patterns on it, scraf, and hat. She sits in an armchair near a window in an unidentified building. She was a wealthy divorcee who was found dead in her apartment and her boyfriend, Norman Selby, a retired boxer known as Kid McCoy, was arrested and later convicted for her murder. A pasted-down caption is on the reverse as are several markings and stamps. With some corner creasing and minimal soiling, the overall condition is good.
