Description
A black and white real photo postcard of a family in front of a Los Angeles house, postmarked 11 October 1909. The images shows a man, woman, and three children posed on or near the front steps of the simply one-story wooden house with a projecting porch. The husband and wife stand to the right, the two older sons are at the porch, and the younger son sits in a chair on the front walk at the left. A message on the reverse refers to the visit that day of President William Howard Taft to Los Angeles. With minor soiling, creased corners and moderate abrasions, the overall condition is good.
