Description
A black and white real photo postcard of a street in Compton, California, 30 November 1909. The view is taken from one side of the street and taken in parts of two churches and some houses, as well as power and telephone poles. In the distance is a person in the street and what appear to be commercial structures. A message on the reverse refers to "getting ready to build a house," perhaps in the town. With a notable stain at the upper right, minor stains on the reverse, arbasions, and some fading, the condition is fair.
