Description
A black and white real photo postcard of the Los Angeles Examiner News Boys Band, ca. 1910s. The young men are wearing dark jackets, light-colored trousers, white shirts and light-colored "newsboys" caps, standing on the sidwalk of a downtown street. A bass drum with the ensemble's name on it is partially visible, as well. The boys appear to look at the photographer with some smiling and holding what appears to be trumpets, or another wind instrument. The unused card has heavy fading, soiling, small stains and rubbing and is in fair to poor condition overall.
