Description
A black and white, real photo postcard, "Orange Market Foothills [sic] Blvd So. Cal.," Beam, Hollywood, ca. 1921. The view shows a large conical structure with a thatched roof and portions of others with similar shape and materials. Displays of fruit are in front of the structures, there are a couple of automobiles parked to the right and a man stands near one of the cars. The title and photographer's name are in white at the bottom. A message talks about visiting orange stands like this and is addressed to a boy in Chicago. With minor soiling, some ink stains and creasing, and moderate silvering on the image, the overall condition is fair.
