Description
A black and white real photo postcard, "Summer Residence of P.A. Hallberg," Los Angeles, 22 November 1914. The image shows Hallbert, wearing a dark suit, hat, tie and shoes and a white shirt, standing next to a hedge at the opening to the walkway approaching his home, which appears to be a Tudor or chalet-like structure. On the reverse is a pencil message from Hallberg to a Seattle man about repairs to the building. Hallberg was a Seattle bakery and restaurant owner. With some soiling, darkening of the image, and abrasions, the overall condition is good.
