Description
A black and white snapshot of a young woman posed next to a convertible car, ca. 1920s. The photo is a duplicate of another photo in the acquisition #2021.3.6.441. The young lady stands next to a car that is part of some celebration or parade with text written on the side of it such as "pay as you denter/uncovered wagon." She stands at an angle but faces the camera and smiles. She wears a white sleeveless dress, and holds a clutch purse. The automobile is parked in front of a thick grouping of trees. There is a name "Lorene" written on the reverse, possibly identifying the woman. With minor fading, a photo service stamp from Anderson in El Monte, and a blue stamped "41," it is in good condition overall.
