A black and white snapshot of the Plaza, Los Angeles, 28 July 1925. The image shows an expanse of grass, trees, including many palms, benches and persons on some of the seating and the fenced-in center planter of the public square. On the grass there is a large shadow of a tree, its branches and leaves which is out of view. Through the trees in the distance are portions of buildings on the west side of Main Street. A pencil inscription on the reverse reads, "Plaza, L.A., July 28, 1925." With minor warping, and very little soiling, the overall condition is good.
