Description
A black and white studio portrait cabinet card of Pearl and Frank McAndrew, F. C. Dando, Los Angeles, ca. 1900s. In an oval shape mounted onto thick gray cardstock, on which is Lando's elaborate cartouche, the image shows the two from the chest up, with the woman wearing a dress or blouse of light color and a bow tie on a high collar and flowers in her hair and the man wearing a dark three-piece suit with flower corsage and a light-colored tie. The subjects' names are inscribed on the reverse, which also has a faint pencil inscription by a woman named Mae that partially reads, "This was taken ---- a year ago . . ." With some rubbing and very light soiling, the condition is good.
